The Standard Double Room felt cramped. it was tough to navigate with luggage. Without a wardrobe, the hooks above the fireplace were the only storage option, making it a bit inconvenient for two travelers. A vegetarian breakfast option, like vegetarian sausage, could enhance the offerings.

I stayed in the Standard Double Room and it was super cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the en suite bathroom was really nice. I loved the homemade cookies waiting for me. Having fresh milk and water in the fridge was a lovely touch. The shower was great too, perfect after a long day. Everything was clean and tidy, which I really appreciated.

This was just a prime choice for a short visit in Cockerham with good price-quality ratio. The breakfast was lovely. Check the postcode carefully as it can lead you to the wrong property before you reach it.

Perfect getaway for couples
Ann and Steven were simply excellent hosts. The room was comfy and warm, had all we could want, and they even stocked the fridge with individual bottles of fresh milk and water which was a nice touch.
Not exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable.

the towels could of been a bit better, they felt scratchy, and the check out time felt too early for us.

The cozy bed and breakfast offers scrumptious breakfast options that cater to various tastes, making mornings delightful. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, further enhanced by the friendly nature of the owners and fellow guests. On the downside, the remoteness may pose a challenge for those seeking nearby attractions, and while the comfort of the bed was great, the room could benefit from some modern updates.
